Our maximum contract lengths are six months, but you’re welcome to take out a second contract and extend your stay. You may have to move rooms however.

Our large communal kitchens are shared per floor, so it all depends how many other people are staying with us. The maximum you’ll share with will be 28 people. As a guest you’ll be given a secure locker that you can use to store your groceries.

If you’re a short stay guest, you’ll receive daily room service (pop your do not disturb sign on the door if you want to refuse this). Stay a while guests (longer than 7 days) will get weekly cleaning.

Credit or debit card, excluding AMEX. We currently don’t support PayPal, but are looking to introduce this in the future.

We have space available to store your bags whilst you go and explore the city.

Your room has been designed to maximise storage space, you’ll find additional storage under and behind your bed for anything you don’t want on show.

Staying at Jonas isn’t linked to traditional academic semesters. You can stay any time you like up to a maximum of six months at a time. If you’re a student and only want to stay during term time, you can leave at Christmas and book back in when your next semester starts. Only pay when you want to stay!

None! Stay as long or as short as you like. As we said above, maximum contract lengths are six months, so if you’d like to stay longer you just need to make another booking.

We don’t have any traditional payment plans for students. If you’re staying for longer than 3 months then you’ll need to put the first three months down and pay the remaining balance after 10 weeks.

We have two dedicated study/work rooms on our ground floor.

We have limited parking on-site.  It’s available first come first serve guys.  When our car park is full, you’ll need to use the on-street parking.

If you park in a disabled bay without a blue badge, the parking wardens will fine you.

Generally not, but if you have any noise complaints just contact the front desk.

All of our rooms are built, decorated and furnished to a high standard. We do offer accessible rooms if you have a DDA requirement.
